This is also the place where we will share good news about our programs, place forms for your easy registration, and acknowledge the things that youth and families in this ministry share together from week to week. For His Glory, Inc. is a community based organization that invites participants, parents, and community members to make suggestions, provide advice, and to volunteer for service through FHG. Opportunity to network with the community and provide leadership training and development for community members is available. If you are interested in supporting or working with an organization that serves, “youth and their families” with an emphasis on holistic development of the mind, spirit and body.
FHG, Inc. provides opportunities for leadership and service through several positions. Volunteer leaders, help at special events in designated roles or serve on a continual basis as mentors, tutors and instructors and coordinators. Support Team leaders, are foundational to the success of programs, events, and the organization. They work the details related to an event or activity, before, during and after. They provide quality control and assure consistency. Ministry leaders, serve on ministerial leadership teams in their organizations or are in training for ministry service. They provide specialized teaching when needed, or they have a particular knowledge base for the program area in which they serve. Interest in community development, outreach, and service to youth and families is at the core of their service. Community Advisory Board leaders are participants, parents, community members or organization leaders who provide insight into programmatic needs and provide suggestions and guidance for increasing and improving opportunities.
Executive Board leaders shape the policies and guide the development of the programs and the organization. Executive leaders network and promote the organization, its identity and services in the community. They identify participants to be served and raise funds to maintain the operation of the organization. The Executive Director serves as the administrative and leader of operations for the organization.
